Bloodlines

LISTEN NOW

Bloodlines are a high-intensity rock band from the Highlands of Scotland. Rehearsing in small rooms and garages in the middle of no-where, the aim was always to make the mountains shake- and now they bring this energy to the stage and studio. Known for their antics and drive, Bloodlines have been often described as one of the best live acts in Scotland, and their track record shows it with stand-out performances across the country at festivals including T in the Park and Belladrum, as well as regular sold out shows.

Their no-nonsense, rock music has been well supported by a host of respected media- with regular exposure on the BBC, Amazing Radio, featured on BT Sports rugby coverage and playing a full set of music live on BBC Radio Scotland.

The winners of the Scottish Alternative Music Awards: Best Rock Band always thrive to make each show their best, and you can tell by the sweat pouring from them by the end of every set- even those outside on cold Scottish nights. Previous releases “All Your Love”, “Mother’s Misery”, “Skeletons” and “Love The Taste” are available on all major outlets.

Four quick and furious tracks with no trimmings or filler were released by the Scottish rock band on 16th March, 2018. Over the past few years Bloodlines have been gaining momentum and their sound has been maturing and evolving. This release see’s the band finally find their sound- guitar hooks and straight up vocals feature on this EP which best captures the bands high energy live show. For this EP Bloodlines have teamed up with recording engineer/producer Paul McInally (Florence + The Machine, Kid Ink, The Amazing Snakeheads) and mixing engineer Thomas Mitchener (Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, Counterfeit, Gallows) resulting with tracks that stand out from the sound of the UK rock scene. These songs will appeal to fans of  At The Drive-In, Queens of the Stoneage, Frank Carter and Biffy Clyro.
